Guide size
Take your usual size, unless you are between two sizes, in this case take the size above.
It is possible to feel cramped by threading the pair for the first time, the furlane will then relax and adapt to the foot, we advise you to wear it fitted!

When I received my order, the velvet of my furlanes present marks. Is it ok?
The velvet of your furlanes is 100% cotton.
The velvet may present some marks under the pressure during the transport. It will disappear with time and usage.
You may also use the stem iron and gently brush the marks. It will immediately disappear.
My favorite furlanes is out of stock, what can I do?
Please send us a message at hello@bleu-velvet.fr. Be sure that we will inform you as soon as it is back in stock!
Our furlanes are traditionally handsewn in Venetia (Italy). We make our possible to reduce the delay of production and delivery.

You can’t Unfortunately offer a gift card. The option will be implemented very soon.

CLEANING
How do I wash my furlanes?
Your furlanes Bleu Velvet are handmade. It can be washed up at up 30° on a delicate cycle. Do not tumble-dry.

We don’t have a store. However, we are frequently present on pop-up sales in Paris.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
How can I return a product?
Returns are free in France and Europe (except UK). Go to our website bleu-velvet.fr and select the section « return » to receive your return form.
Returns and refunds policy
All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days or receiving your order.
We cannot accept a refund or exchange request if your furlanes has been worn. It must be sent back in its original package.
